At Simply Fragrance, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in offering authentic, high-quality Arabic and Middle Eastern perfumes. However, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not be exactly what you expected.

To ensure a smooth experience, please review our return policy below:

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The perfume box and cellophane wrapping are unopened, sealed, and in their original condition.

  • The item must be returned in the same packaging in which it was received.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene and authenticity reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Please contact our customer service team at info@simplyfragrance.ca with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Carefully pack your item to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product received was incorrect or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email confirmation.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

    • Opened or used perfumes

    • Gift sets that have been unsealed

    • Promotional or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@simplyfragrance.ca with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

     

    Order Changes

    If you wish to make any changes for your order contact us within 4 hours of purchase to modify or cancel.
